Post-Covid Court System

Everyone is very happy that the Covid-19 pandemic is over.  It took way too long, but it's over although Covid is here to stay, just like all the other viruses out there.  During Covid, the court system in Connecticut was closed except for "level one business," which was basically protective orders being issued in the criminal courts and restraining orders in the civil courts.

Unfortunately, one of the things this shutdown did was create a huge backlog of cases.  Every court in Connecticut has been effected by the pandemic and the trial schedules are way behind.  Even brand new cases are being effected in addition to the older cases that just don't seem to end.  If you show up without an attorney, plan to have your case go one and on with no end in sight.

I am dedicated to getting you through your case as quickly as possible with the most favorable results possible.  I know you are stressed out, not sleeping or eating, perhaps your work and relationships are also being effected.  You need your case to end pronto.

While I can't guarantee a specific date for your case to end because every case is different just like every person is different, I can guarantee that I will handle your case myself from start to finish, I will return every phone call, and I will advocate for you to get the best result possible.
