Connecticut lawmakers move to toughen DWI laws

There are new proposals in the Connecticut legislature to toughen DWI laws, including requiring interlock devices after a first offense drunk driving conviction, tougher open container laws, and making it easier for the DMV to suspend your driver's license. News here and here.
